Terms

NAUX is a web app that plays music at parties through YouTube's embedded player. By using it you agree to these terms.

YouTube

All music plays from YouTube. NAUX uses YouTube API Services, and by using NAUX you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. NAUX doesn't host, download or store any audio or video. Ads may appear depending on your YouTube account.

Use it fairly

• Use NAUX for personal and private gatherings.
• Don't try to break, overload or copy the service, or use it to download content.
• Song requests shouldn't contain anything offensive or personal.

Accounts

Your first set needs no account. To play more sets and to save them, sign in with Google. Keep your Google account secure; you're responsible for what happens under your NAUX account. You can delete saved sets any time, or ask us to delete your account.

Plans and pricing

NAUX may offer paid plans or paid features, and what's included without paying may change. We'll tell you before anything you use starts costing money, and nothing is ever charged unless you choose a paid plan.

No guarantees

NAUX is provided as is. Songs can become unavailable on YouTube, and the agent's song choices and cut points won't always be right. We may change or stop the service at any time.
